Haltom FG-1 Corsair crash site that we located on our first trip in 2006. Pat Ranfranz created a memorial sign that will be erected at the site by the Yap Visitors Bureau. The site will become a memorial and will be featured on the new Yap WWII tour. Lt. Haltom body was recovered from the site after the war and returned for burial in the US.
