Aviation Archaeological Investigation and Research, AAIR, National Park Service survey of Japanese Zeros on Yap

The following pictures were supplied by Craig Fuller with Aviation Archaeological Investigation and Research (AAIR). Craig was on Yap Island during the month of June 2006 as part of a team doing a National Park Service survey of the Japanese Zeros remaining on the island. Craig will provide more information about the survey and his visit to Yap soon. Craig has a BS Aeronautical Science and a Minor Aviation Safety (Accident Investigation). He teaches courses in traditional and aviation archaeology. In addition to running AAIR, Craig formerly was the Chief Flight Instructor for Mesa Pilot Development at Arizona State University. http://www.aviationarchaeology.com/
